Merchant Account

Practice Pay Solutions - A merchant account allows you to accept credit cards from your clients and customers. If you have at least $800 in monthly income, this is a more cost effective solution than PayPal. We’ve been a customer for years and appreciate their low rates and always helpful staff.

Shopping Cart

Professional Cart Solutions - This is Practice Pay Solutions’ private label of 1shoppingcart.com, and the features and pricing are identical. We’ve used this system for years and it’s so comprehensive with a shopping cart, autoresponders, and an affiliate management program, that we still find new ways to help our clients use it! (BTW, this is an area of expertise for us and we’d be happy to help you set up your system.)

Project Management

Basecamp - This is what we use with our clients to manage their projects. We’ve been using it for over 3 years and couldn’t live without it. Our clients like it, too!

Contact Management Tool

Highrise - Highrise helps you track communication and conversations with leads, employees, clients, colleagues, vendors, or anyone else that matters to your business. With Highrise you know who’ve you talked to, what you talked about, and what you need to do next. I’ve just started using this to keep track of my business contacts, keep notes about contact with them, and set next actions for prospective clients or team members. Once a prospect becomes a client, I set up a project in Basecamp and move communications there.

Invoicing System

Freshbooks - FreshBooks is an online invoicing and time tracking service. We use this service for sending proposals to prospects, invoices to clients, and tracking timesheet info for our team. We’ve been using it for invoicing since February, timesheets since May, and just recently started using the new estimates feature. We love this service!

Password Management

Roboform - Roboform completely automates password entering and form filling. No more needing to remember user names and passwords, or having to manually manage your list of logins. We love this product!

Organization

Backpack - Backpack is a simple web-based service that allows you to make pages with to-do lists, notes, files, and images. Backpack also features a Calendar and Reminders.
